Yona is a true pillar of our community. As a local worker, Yona is always there when we need him most, especially during the difficult hours when others are out of the area. Since his first call in January 2022, Yona has responded to over 250 calls, serving as both an EMT and ambulance driver. This Chanukah, we’re proud to recognize Yona for his dedication and commitment to saving lives, no matter the hour.

Hatzala provides first-aid and ambulance service in the Beit Shemesh areas. Our mission is to prevent, reduce, and treat injuries and illness as well as distributing safety information helping our community stay safe and prepared.
